About me
Swiss-born, naturalized American, shaped by fifteen years in Philadelphia, now back in Europe.
I grew up in German-speaking Switzerland before moving to the French-speaking part at twelve—where a lifelong affinity for languages began. I trained as a pharmacist, earned a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, and then spent three years as a translational medicine post-doc at the University of Pennsylvania before spending twelve more building MedComms programs in Philadelphia. That arc—educated in French-speaking Switzerland, formed by fifteen years in the US pharma corridor, now back in Europe—is what most shapes how I work.
Over two decades, I’ve led strategic communications, medical education, and scientific content initiatives for some of the world’s most demanding pharmaceutical organizations: AstraZeneca, Bayer, Merck/MSD, Novartis, Novo Nordisk, and Sanofi. The work has spanned brand launches and lifecycle management, global publication strategies, advisory board programs, omnichannel campaigns, and KOL engagement across US and European markets.
I’m a trained pharmacist and researcher first. That scientific foundation is what allows me to sit credibly with thought leaders, write content that holds up under medical review, and develop communications that educate rather than merely persuade.
Based in Lausanne—at the center of one of Europe’s most concentrated life science ecosystems—and equally at home in US pharma conversations, I work with agencies and pharmaceutical organizations that need senior MedComms expertise delivered fluently across both worlds. Bilingual at native level in English and French, with functional German and working Spanish.
